We want you to love your clean beauty essentials, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and include all original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your products in the original shipping box or any sturdy cardboard container, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
